長灘島（Boracay）位於菲律賓🇵🇭班乃島西北約2公里，島嶼的長度約為七公里，形狀與狗骨頭類似。自1970代開始發展旅遊觀光業🗺，由於觀光客以及外來人口暴增⬆️，開發過度導致基礎設施不足、環境難以負荷。

為持續發展的需要，菲律賓🇵🇭總統決定於2018年4月26日起封島半年，以增加基建設施及重整生態系統♻️，封島期間除擁有戶籍居民外，其他人一侓不准進入🚷

Boracay is a small island in the central Philippines. It’s 2 kilometers off the northwest tip of Panay island, the sixth 🤙🏾 largest island in 🇵🇭Philippines. The island is in a dog-bone shape with approximately 7 kilometers long. Tourism has begun since 1970 and the population has rapidly increased ⬆️ from migration and tourists. Over development has finally reached the maximum loading of the Island which has led to serious environmental destruction🏚.

The President of Philippines🇵🇭, Rodrigo Duterte had announced to close the island to tourist and conduct a rehabilitation 🏗 to resolve the deterioration of sewage condition. During the closure, only registered residents and ⛑employees of its business establishment are allowed.
